Yes, however it may delay your pay. If you hand your timesheet in late, your pay for that week
will be delayed until the following week.
Depending on the situation, there may be no one on site who is authorised to sign your
timesheets. If this happens, hand a hard copy of your unsigned timesheet into the office and we will
forward it to someone with the authority to sign and approve it.
Although we will do all that we can to help you replace your lost timesheet, if there is no
authorised record of the work that you have completed, and no proof that you have attended your
shift then we will be unable to pay you. You should always sign in and out of each shift on the signing
in book on site. This is mostly for fire safety reasons but can also provide a record of your attendance
of your shift which may help us process your payroll.
If your timesheet is damaged, or illegible, then you will need to return to the care settings you have worked to have a fresh one authorised.
You can take a CLEAR picture of your timesheet and send it by email or WhatsApp to your local
branch. When doing this, we expect the original timesheets to be posted during the same week.
Please make sure you only have one timesheet per photograph and that all the information can be
read clearly.
